Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Appian BPM Development

  : 6–7 years of hands-on experience, ideally with

  Appian 22.x or higher (preferably Appian 24.x)

• End-to-End Development

  : Build and maintain complete Appian applications including:
• Interfaces
• Process Models
• Records
• Integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Expressions

• SAIL Proficiency

  : Strong in SAIL scripting and dynamic UI development

• Integration Expertise

  : Create Appian Integration Objects using Web APIs and Connected Systems

• Appian Object Management

  : Work with Sites, Record Types, Reports, Expression Rules, Constants, Interfaces

• Responsive UI Design

  : Build dynamic, responsive interfaces using Appian best practices

• Process Modeling

  : Create scalable process models aligned with business logic and requirements

• Security Implementation

  : Apply Appian security features for user and data access control

Detailed Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, end-to-end Appian applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate functional needs into technical solutions
• Design data models using

  CDTs (Custom Data Types)

• Build integrations with external systems via

  REST/SOAP Web APIs

• Follow best practices for environment-safe deployments and object versioning
• Apply record-level security and visibility settings across the application
• Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and deployment cycles
• Support DevOps teams in implementing CI/CD pipelines
