Role & responsibilities

Position/Designation

1.Associate

Technical

  • Modifying, revising and creating pitchbooks and documents in

PowerPoint and Word and transforming drafts to Client-ready

Presentations adhering to Style guide provided by client

  • Ensuring all work is completed as per the instructions specified and

as per the clients expectations

  • Adhering to estimates and deadlines for completion of job
  • Operate as per the defined workflow processes and standard

Operating procedures

  • Ensure accurate record keeping and time tracking and follow

proper document management system

Functional

  • Maintain organizational and client confidentiality
  • Positive attitude and excellent eye for details
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Take ownership of ones roles and responsibilities
  • Professional approach to problem solving and task completion
  • Ability to work without close supervision
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including weekend shifts)
  • Adhere to Clients compliance and business etiquettes

Experience level

2-4 years of relevant exp.

Desired skill set

MS Office Applications

  • PowerPoint; Word & Excel
  • Graphics Suite

  • Illustrator & Photoshop (desirable but not mandatory)

2.Senior Associate

Technical

  • Modifying, revising and creating pitchbooks and documents in

PowerPoint and Word and transforming drafts to Client-ready

Presentations adhering to Style guide provided by client

  • Creating bespoke templates includes cover page designing,

creating and editing images and graphics (using Adobe Suite),

tracing of maps and visually representing geographical footprints

etc.

  • Ensuring all work is completed as per the instructions specified and

as per the clients expectations

  • Adhering to estimates and deadlines for completion of job
  • Operate as per the defined workflow processes and standard

Operating procedures

  • Ensure accurate record keeping and time tracking and follow

proper document management system

Functional

  • Positive attitude and excellent eye for details
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Take ownership of ones roles and responsibilities
  • Professional approach to problem solving and task completion

  • Quality checks the work of Junior Associates and mentoring and

guiding them at work

2. Advanced Word (working knowledge in Styles, TOC, outline

numbering)

3. Excel (knowledge of formatting and formulas)

  • Graphics Suite

  • Illustrator & Photoshop (desirable but not mandatory)

3.Lead Associate - Quality

Technical

  • Managing the quality check queue based on the priorities and

following up with the trainees and associates on the job progress

  • Accountable for quality and ensuring 'Zero' client escalations
  • Responsible for solving queries relating to presentations by seeking

clarifications from Team Leads

  • Required to multi-task understanding the business requirement

and perform different roles (Production, quality check, handling

queries, helping workflow team in job review)

  • Feedback delivery, training and mentoring the Trainees and

Associates in the team

  • Administer skills of associates to ensure they achieve the levels of

skill necessary for their jobs

  • Take lead on knowledge sharing within the team and provide

technical guidance
