Job Description

Job Purpose

The main purpose of this role is for calling leads, strong follow-up and updating the system. They will be reaching out the potential customers and inviting them to visit the residential complexes of DTC Projects.

KRAs

  • Responsible for calling new leads and old lead database.
  • Updating the lead status in Salesforce system.
  • Follow-up for all leads in the system.
  • Weekly reporting on leads.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

 1-2 years of experience in the Telesales/Real Estate Pre-Sales segment with business-level communication proficiency in all three languages (English, Hindi, Bengali) Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

 Experience In Presales Calling (Preferred)

 Good technical knowledge in using CRM and Computer system Age: Maximum 35 years
