Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Premium Acquisition Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in the BFSI industry, specifically in liabilities and branch banking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium acquisition and management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire high-value customers and expand the bank's customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in liabilities and branch banking.
Strong knowledge of premium acquisition and management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with Equitas Small Finance Bank is an added advantage.
