Fx Retina is a performance marketing agency based in Indira Nagar, Lucknow, helping brands in healthcare, real estate, D2C, and service industries grow through ROI-focused campaigns. We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist who has real, hands-on experience across industries and is capable of generating qualified leads through Search and YouTube campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Setup:

  • Launch and manage Search Ads with a focus on lead generation.
  • Set up and manage YouTube Ads campaigns for awareness and lead nurturing.
  • Optimize ad groups, keywords, bidding strategies, and ad extensions.
  • Manage daily budgets and pacing across multiple client accounts.

Optimization & Reporting

  • Monitor key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copies and landing page variations.
  • Regularly analyze performance data and make necessary optimizations.
  • Share structured and actionable performance reports with internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience running Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
  • Must have worked with 5–6 clients across different industries such as healthcare, real estate, salon, education, or D2C.
  • Strong command over Google Search Ads, including campaign structure, keyword strategy, and quality score optimization.
  • Good working knowledge of YouTube Ads setup and audience targeting.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and Keyword Planner.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and make ROI-driven decisions.
  • Certifications in Google Ads (Search/Video) are a bonus.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
