We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive associates to assist in growth office project management activities and ensuring the smooth execution of projects across various functions and industries. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience and grow within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and monitoring of project activities and timelines.
• Ability to conduct discussions with leader and other teams across the organization and gather meaningful insights
• Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure all project activities align with established processes and standards.
• The role requires someone who is proactive, independent and can work autonomously to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• To be able to contribute to pursuit/proposal processes.
• Must have exceptional project management, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to interact with client service and administrative professionals in the execution of projects.
• Prior experience with a professional services organization preferred. Must have outstanding ability to work with people at all levels and must be a team player. Must have strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet navigation skills.
