Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training modules on PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc.) and SCADA systems (Wonderware, WinCC, InduSoft, etc.)
Design practical exercises and projects for trainees to reinforce learning
Conduct workshops and interactive sessions both in-person and online
Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
Stay updated with latest trends and technologies in industrial automation
Prepare training materials, manuals, and supporting documents
Collaborate with the content team to continuously enhance curriculum quality
