Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management:

  Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production processes and optimal product quality.

• Equipment Oversight:

  Manage and maintain crushers, conveyor belts, and color sorters to ensure continuous and efficient production.

• Plant Layout & Design:

  Utilize AutoCAD to design, modify, and optimize plant layouts for improved workflow and efficiency.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead, train, and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Quality Assurance:

  Implement and maintain quality control standards to meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Safety Compliance:

  Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe working environment.

• Process Improvement:

  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

• Maintenance Coordination:

  Develop and oversee maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

• Reporting:

  Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, maintenance activities, and quality metrics to senior management.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Industry Experience:

  Strong experience in quartz industry operations, with hands-on knowledge of crushers, conveyor belts, and color sorter machines.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Proficient in AutoCAD for plant design and modifications; familiarity with plant management software and tools.

• Leadership:

  Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

• Problem-Solving:

  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges effectively.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Management, or a related field.
