Plant Head Manufacturing

TVs, mobiles, and laptops

• Lead and oversee complete

  plant operations

  , including production, quality, maintenance, materials, and dispatch.
• Full ownership of

  P&L management

  , including budgeting, cost optimization, capacity utilization, and resource planning.
• Supervise and manage a cross-functional team across manufacturing lines (TV, Mobile, Laptop) with an emphasis on productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to

  quality, compliance, and safety standards

  across all manufacturing processes.
• Implement world-class

  manufacturing practices

  such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Kaizen to ensure continuous improvement.
• Drive effective

  manpower planning

  , training, and performance management of shopfloor and technical staff.
• Work closely with R&D, procurement, and supply chain teams to align production schedules with delivery targets.
• Monitor and drive operational KPIs including yield, downtime, rejection rates, OTIF, and OEE.
• Provide strategic inputs for

  plant expansion

  , layout optimization, and automation roadmap.
• Maintain robust coordination with HO, business heads, and external stakeholders including licensors and OEM/ODM partners.

• Bachelor s degree in

  Electrical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering

  ; Postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
• 15-22 years of proven leadership experience in

  electronics manufacturing

  , preferably with exposure to

  TVs, Mobile Phones, and Laptops

  .
• Strong exposure to

  electrical assembly lines

  , SMT, testing processes, and backward integration manufacturing models.
• Demonstrated success in managing

  large-scale teams

  across multiple verticals production, QA, maintenance, and logistics.
• Sound understanding of

  P&L, cost controls, CapEx, and process optimization

  .
• Familiarity with

  statutory compliance, labor laws, EHS norms

  , and ESG practices.
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills with the ability to operate in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
