Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective distribution of medications to patients, maintaining compliance with all regulations, and collaborating closely with doctors and staff. Key Responsibilities: Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently. Counsel patients on proper medication use, dosage, side effects, and interactions. Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of medications. Review prescriptions for accuracy and potential interactions. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and government regulations. Maintain records for controlled substances and narcotics as per legal requirements. Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff for patient care and medication updates. Manage billing and documentation related to pharmacy services. Participate in audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) Valid license from the Pharmacy Council Minimum 1–2 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of inventory and drug management systems
