Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, preparing expense reports, and offering executive support. Daily tasks will include managing communication on behalf of executives, handling administrative duties, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
Strong skills in Executive Support and Communication
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Previous experience in an executive assistant role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
