Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Meta Ads campaigns to drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Meta Ads campaigns, including Facebook & Instagram

- Conduct keyword research and analyze campaign performance data to inform optimization decisions

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align campaigns with overall marketing strategy

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Meta Ads features, best practices, and industry trends

Requirements:

- Hand full experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Meta Ads

- Strong understanding of Meta Ads platforms, including campaign setup, targeting options, and bidding strategies

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
