PCB Design Engineer - Micro controller

Key Accountabilities
Create hardware design document that covers design analysis, notes, and specific guidelines followedTaking the responsibility to transfer schematic net-list design, ID and ME design into the physical PCB design basing on electrical guidance, signal integrity, power integrity, ID and mechanical integrity, EMC and safety, manufacturing industry spec and end-user usability requirementAnd we have a lot of trainings and researching plans to guide the successful candidates to be the experts of PCB design and related areasCreate and manage PCB documentation including fabrication and assembly drawings, Gerber filesGather design requirements and provide PM with hourly estimates for the designWork with mechanical designers to come up with a mechanical board designPerform circuit design and schematic captureCoordinate and approve PCB layoutPrepare BOM and fabrication documentation and follow revision control proceduresBring up and test of the PCBs and auxiliary electronicsCo-ordinate strategic collaboration with key research partners in R&D initiativesLead internal and external research programs to ensure business opportunities are pursued and the Group's R&D requirements are satisfied.Maintain good customer and stakeholder engagement throughout the project cycle.Support the achievement of department objectives aligned with global objectives.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma / Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering. Candidates with significant industrial and technology commercialization experience will be preferred.5 to 8 years of experience in power and control PCB designHands on experience in design of PCBs including schematics and multi-layer PCBs for micro-controller and interfacesHands on experience in Altium / Orcad / Mentor graphicsFamiliarity with different industrial standards for electrical system is an essentialAbility to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, global team environmentEffective oral and written communication skillsAn ability to achieve targets while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
