Job Overview:


We are seeking a results-driven PPC Specialist to plan, execute, and manage high-performance pay-per-click campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. The ideal candidate should be experienced in campaign optimization, data analysis, and AI-based advertising solutions. You will play a key role in maximizing ROI, improving conversion metrics, and supporting the broader marketing strategy through paid digital initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and continuously optimize campaigns for better performance and ROI.
  • Write compelling ad copy, design and execute A/B testing strategies, and ensure consistent optimization through performance data analysis.
  • Monitor, analyze, and adjust bids, budgets, and ad placements to meet KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to enhance targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign efficiency.
  • Implement remarketing and audience targeting strategies to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and new growth opportunities.
  • Track and present campaign reports, highlighting performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and broader marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives.
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends, platform updates, AI advancements, and best practices in paid advertising.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience (3+ years) in managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools in advertising (e.g., Performance Max, Smart Bidding, AI-powered optimization tools).
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, ad copywriting, conversion tracking, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Proficient in A/B testing, bid management, and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Google Ads Certification preferred.
  • Candidates from non metro cities are preferred.
