Part Time Sales Assistant

1. Calling on leads received and understanding customer requirements. 2. Coordinating with suppliers to source the materials at best prices. 3. Sending quotation to customers. 4. Following up with customers and closing the deals. 5. Coordinating with operations and accounts staff to execute the order. 6. Scanning various tendering portals for product requirements. 7. Preparing documents for tenders. 8. Liasoning and maintaining good relations with various government officers. 9. Tendering knowledge would be a big plus. 10. HVAC industry knowledge would be a big plus. 11. Knowledge of online advertising (Google & Meta) would be a big plus.
