Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute paid advertising strategies on Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and InstagramConduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysisCreate compelling ad copy, visuals (in coordination with the design team), and CTAs for various campaign goalsSet up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI and performanceTrack, report, and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments for continual improvementManage ad budgets efficiently while maximizing resultsCollaborate with internal teams (creative, content, product) to align campaigns with overall marketing goalsStay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and ad policies Requirements:Strong understanding of PPC, remarketing, audience segmentation, and campaign funnelsProficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Tag ManagerExperience with ad copywriting, targeting strategies, and A/B testingAbility to analyze data and provide actionable insightsExcellent communication and organizational skillsGoogle Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
