We’re on the lookout for a Paid Advertising Specialist who is both strategically sharp and creatively skilled. You’ll be responsible for running high-performing ad campaigns and crafting compelling ad creatives like posters and reels across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and YouTube platforms.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Google, and YouTube.

Handle budget allocation, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

Monitor campaign KPIs like CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rates, with regular optimization.

Strategic Planning

Build performance-based campaign funnels aligned with business goals.

Recommend creative campaign ideas and scale proven strategies.

Report campaign progress and outcomes in a clear, concise format.

Creative Design & Content

Design high-quality ad creatives and ad copy writings for campaigns.

Confident use of editing tools.

Stay on top of trends in reels, shorts, and ad formats to craft scroll-stopping content.

Client Communication

Maintain professional communication (verbal & written) with clients.

Present reports, strategies, and creative ideas regularly.

Understand and adapt to each client’s tone, goals, and expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 0 to 2+ years of experience in paid digital advertising (Meta, Google, YouTube)

Basic knowledge on creating creative

Creative copywriting skills for ads and creatives

Experience managing multiple client accounts or brand campaigns

Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications preferred

Excellent communication in preferred language– both written and spoken

Be Graduate

Familiar with ad tracking tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and UTM links
