Oracle PeopleSoft Professional

We are seeking a skilled Oracle PeopleSoft Professional to support, develop, and enhance our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems using PeopleSoft applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions and will be responsible for configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing support of PeopleSoft systems in line with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Administer, maintain, and configure Oracle PeopleSoft applications across relevant modules (e.g., HCM, Financials, Campus Solutions). Develop and modify PeopleSoft components using PeopleTools (Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Application Packages, etc.). Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations of PeopleSoft environments. Design and develop reports using SQR, BI Publisher, nVision, or PS Query tools. Troubleshoot system issues and resolve defects related to configuration, customizations, or integrations. Support integrations between PeopleSoft and third-party systems using tools like Integration Broker or web services. Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Document technical specifications, test cases, and user manuals as required. Participate in system testing, performance tuning, and go-live support during new implementations or enhancements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 38 years of experience working with Oracle PeopleSoft applications. Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, and SQR. Experience in one or more PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions). Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle DB preferred). Familiarity with integration tools such as Integration Broker, REST/SOAP web services, or middleware platforms.
