Must Have-

Oracle 12c/19c Database Administration

Database Installation/Configuration/Migration(Standalone/RAC)
DB Backup and recovery
User and profile Management
Performance tuning
Troubleshooting S1/S2 incidents
OEM 13c Management
Working knowledge of Oracle Data Guard
Exadata/Golden Gate Basics
Coordination with Application teams and stakeholders
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Knowledge of Database Architecture and its implementation
Good knowledge of Windows/Linux/Solaris operating systems and shell scripting
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
