To excel in this role, you must have 5-7 years of experience in implementing planning applications, along with a degree in Btech/BE/MCA/Mtech. Proficiency in languages such as SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar is required, and skills in statistical, optimization, and simulation tools like R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar are desirable. A deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP, is essential. You should possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to analyze and interpret large volumes of data to prioritize high-value opportunities or significant risks.
