The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high efficiency and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage day-to-day offline operations. Lead and support a team of employees, ensuring productivity and discipline. Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide feedback. Identify operational challenges and implement solutions. Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow. Maintain and analyze reports for performance, quality, and productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Train new team members and ensure consistent upskilling of the team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (team handling/operations). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. Graduation in any discipline (preferred).
