Learnify Education is on the lookout for Document Collection to support our student onboarding and verification processes. If you're detail-oriented and passionate about supporting learners, this opportunity is for you!🔍 What You’ll Do:* Review and validate student documents (ID proof, academic certificates, etc.) for accuracy and authenticity* Reach out to students/institutions via phone or email to confirm enrollment and background information* Maintain and update records in internal systems/CRM tools* Identify and report potentially fraudulent or suspicious documents💼 What We’re Looking For:* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy* Strong communication skills (English & regional languages)* Basic understanding of academic documentation and IDs* Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets & CRM platforms* Ability to handle confidential data responsibly* Problem-solving mindset and decision-making skills under policies📩 Interested?
