Operations and Maintenance Manager

You will be responsible for leading routine Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities of a wind farm with a minimum capacity of 50 MW. Your role will require proven leadership skills, a problem-solving approach, and effective stakeholder management. It is preferred that you have experience in O&M of DFIG technology wind turbines, specifically on platforms such as Inox, Suzlon, Gamesa, and Vestas. Your duties will include ensuring timely booking of service orders and materials in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, releasing monthly site performance reports, achieving productivity and machine availability targets, maintaining documents as per ISO requirements, and conducting regular communication with customers. You will also be responsible for implementing good Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices within the wind farm site, managing spare parts inventory for preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and tools for maintenance activities, real-time monitoring of the wind farm via SCADA, and facilitating customer audits and visits to the site. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Power Electronics Engineering from a reputable university or college. You should have a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 15 years of operational experience in a large-scale industry involved in wind turbine operations, preferably with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or Independent Power Producers (IPPs).
