Operation Head(Food Industry) - Noida

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Head to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate will oversee all operational aspects, streamline processes, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead and manage end-to-end operations including supply chain, logistics, administration, and customer support.
• Set operational goals and KPIs, and track performance across departments.
• Analyze internal processes and identify areas for process enhancement.
• Coordinate with finance, HR, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
• Oversee vendor and partner relationships and negotiations.
• Implement and manage ERP systems and other technology platforms for operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to build a high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of business processes, project management, and operational systems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data-driven decision-making and use of ERP/CRM tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
