Key Responsibilities

• Bidding on platforms: Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn
• Identify potential clients and write compelling proposals
• Daily bidding, lead generation, and follow-ups
• Maintain communication with clients and close deals
• Understanding client requirements and collaborating with technical teams
• Generating leads and converting them into long-term clients

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in online bidding or business development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong understanding of web development, app development, and digital marketing services
• Familiarity with proposal writing, negotiation, and lead nurturing
• Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset
• Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
