Collaborate with recruiting staff and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Assist in processing new hire paperwork and documentation.
Maintain accurate onboarding records and provide regular updates to management.
Address new hires' queries and ensure they understand their job responsibilities.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the onboarding process.
Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to onboarding; suggest improvements as needed.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the HR department.
