Job Description

As the leading bank in Asia, DBS Consumer Banking Group is in a unique position to help customers realize their dreams and ambitions across approximately 500 branches in the country. Being a market leader in the consumer banking business, DBS offers a wide range of products and services including deposits, investments, insurance, mortgages, credit cards, and personal loans to support customers at every stage of their lives. The primary purpose of this role is to achieve exceptional volume and revenue performance by engaging with DBS clients who have an Asset Under Management (AUM) greater than or equal to INR 1 million. This is done through a need-based approach to ensure client coverage and product penetration by cross-selling and up-selling DBS products and services. Additionally, the role involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service through proactive client engagement, relationship management, and coordination with internal teams. Key responsibilities include acquiring and upgrading quality clients in specific branch locations, deepening wallet share of existing customers, achieving monthly and annual volume and revenue objectives, activating e-Channels, ensuring proper implementation of product strategies, building client trust and loyalty, optimizing product mix, delivering exemplary customer service, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards, and enhancing service delivery through appropriate workflows and processes. The job duties involve establishing, managing, and growing the AUM of mapped client segments, acquiring and nurturing clients with AUM greater than or equal to INR 1 million, resolving customer queries and complaints within agreed timelines, collaborating with internal teams and specialists, ensuring compliance with operational standards and risk reviews, and establishing DBS as the primary banker for clients. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputed bank with proficiency in banking products, in-depth knowledge of the local market and competition, and certifications such as AMFI, IRDAI, FEDAI, and BCSBI. A graduate degree is the preferred qualification for this full-time role in relationship management based in New Delhi, India.,
