Office boy

Job Title: Office Boy We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support our daily office operations. The Office Boy will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the office, serving refreshments, handling documents, and running basic errands. This role requires a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain the office premises, including desks, chairs, and meeting rooms. Serve tea, coffee, water, and snacks to staff and visitors. Handle basic clerical duties such as filing documents, photocopying, and delivering messages. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and documents. Support the office staff with minor administrative tasks when required. Monitor office supplies and notify the responsible person when replenishment is needed. Run errands outside the office such as banking, post office tasks, or purchasing supplies. Ensure clenlinessin the premises. Follow all safety and hygiene procedures. Requirements: High school, diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as an office assistant or office boy is a plus. Basic knowledge of cleaning and hygiene standards. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Trustworthy, punctual, and presentable. Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
