Office Assistant

Designation: Office Assistant – Job Description

• To get signatures on important documents from Directors and make sure paperwork needing director approval is done on time
• Get legal certificates needed for tender documents from auditors, Lawyers and from bank.
• Take care of land-related documents, keeping them updated and organized.
• Coordinate with auditor office, including visiting their office to collect documents and DSC keys.
• Handle cash transactions both inside and outside the office.
• Keep cash records accurate and up to date.
• Process payments and maintain proper records.
• Manage bank transactions like NEFT, RTGS, bank guarantees, transfers, etc.
• Keep a record of all bank transactions for future reference and audits.
• Gather and update budget details for site-related work.
• Check office supply needs regularly and order stationery when needed.
• CUG mobile bills check and verify with site.
• Help with other general office tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

Designation – Office Assistant

Gender - Male only

Qualification – Any UG degree

Experience – 1-3 yrs

Basic Knowledge – Tally, MS Office & Bank transactions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
