Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop packaging for new products (Primary, Secondary & Tertiary).
Understand brand requirements and align technical specifications accordingly.
Provide technical support to the marketing and procurement teams.
Evaluate and improve current packaging designs and materials.
Design, develop, and test new packaging structures and components.
Coordinate with vendors for development and sampling.
Conduct transit trials and validation of new packaging.
Execute packaging changes and ensure timely implementation.
Create mockups and design iterations based on feedback.
Ensure packaging meets quality, regulatory, and cost objectives.
Work closely with NPD, production, QA, purchase, and R&D teams.
Maintain packaging-related documentation.
