Role Description We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation & Outreach Intern to join our Business Development team . This is a full-time, remote internship for candidates based in or around Gurugram . You will assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, and cold emails , as well as contribute to marketing efforts, client research, and CRM updates. The ideal candidate is organized, persuasive, and eager to grow in the tech B2B space. 🔹 Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, and email outreach Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential business opportunities Write compelling cold messages and proposals tailored to prospects Maintain and update CRM/database of prospects Assist in client communications and initial onboarding Collaborate with the business development team on outreach campaigns Qualifications Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo/Snov.io , or similar Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of B2B lead generation and email marketing Good analytical skills for identifying and prioritizing leads Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently A background in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus Prior experience with cold outreach or freelance platforms is a bonus Additional Details 📍 Location : Remote 📅 Duration : 3 to 6 months (extendable based on performance) 💸 Stipend : Competitive (to be discussed) 🚀 Perks : Hands-on learning in a fast-growing Web3 company, letter of recommendation, and potential full-time opportunity How to Apply Send your resume and a short note about your interest in the role to 📩 badal @nextattvalabs.com | ashutosh@nextattvalabs.com Or apply via LinkedIn directly.
