MSW Patient Coodinator

Summary: The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth, supportive, and informed treatment journey for each patient. They act as a bridge between patients, doctors, and departments by guiding, coordinating, and addressing patient needs with empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Guide patients during their OPD visits, diagnostic tests, and treatment follow-ups. Explain treatment plans and clarify processes in a patient-friendly manner. Coordinate appointments, consultations, and procedures across departments. Maintain and update patient records in hospital management software. Resolve patient queries regarding reports, billing, and discharge process. Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and their families. Escalate concerns to medical staff as needed for timely resolutions. Assist in collecting and analyzing patient feedback to improve service quality.
