Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in Java (8+). Experience with Java frameworks like Spring Boot , Hibernate , Spring MVC . Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API development. Knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL) like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN). Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems. Collaboration & Communication : Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Agile Methodology : Experience working in an Agile environment, following Scrum or Kanban. Optional (Nice to Have) : Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Manage the platform and infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of Customer Service Management processes. Provide advanced support for ServiceNow CSM, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis. ServiceNow Scripting Development & implementation Experience in UI Pages/Macros, Menus, Workspace, Workflows, Flow designers, Flow Actions, Integration Hub, Spokes, REST/SOAP API Solutioning Experience in Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management, Scoped Applications. Experience in Reporting & Performance Analytics Experience in Service Portal with JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML, Server-Side Scripting & Style Sheets Experience in Application Development on ServiceNow, Experience in App Designer, Application Scope Access Controls Experience in UI Scripts, UI Policies, UI Policy Actions, Variables, Variable Sets, Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide System, Glide AJAX Knowledge of ServiceNow OOTB APIs, ServiceNow best practices Candidates are expected to be good in English communication in Both verbal and written Candidates should be self-driven and individual contributors having min dependency on other team members as this will be Agile based execution model Candidates should be aware of Agile Project Execution Methodologies and Ceremonies and processes followed in Agile. Candidates should have a good understanding of overall development processes and quality processes followed within development processes. Preferred candidate profile Must-Have: Expertise in ServiceNow BPC, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB) experience will be considered first. Certification - CSA,CAD and any other module certification is plus.
