Lok Bharti Education Society is looking for Mobilizers to support our LPL Project focused on skilling and training youth from Science backgrounds (10+2).

📍 Location: Bangalore

📅 Immediate Joining Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Mobilize and counsel youth (Science stream – 10+2) for the LPL Healthcare Program

🔹 Conduct field visits, community outreach, and connect with schools/coaching centers

🔹 Build local partnerships to ensure strong outreach and enrollment

🔹 Maintain accurate mobilization records and daily reporting

🔹 Coordinate with the center team for smooth admissions and documentation

Eligibility:

✔ Strong communication & networking skills

✔ Willingness to travel for field outreach

✔ Prior experience in mobilization/outreach preferred

✔ Passion for youth development and skilling

Salary - 12k -15k ( Negotiable)
