Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mixologist - Food and Beverage Service located in New Delhi. The Mixologist will be responsible for creating and serving an exceptional range of beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction with personalized service, maintaining bar inventory and cleanliness, and staying updated on industry trends. The role also involves training junior staff, collaborating with the team to create unique beverage pairings, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Expertise in Food & Beverage Skills related to the beverage menu
• Experience in Training staff in beverage preparation and service
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end bar setting is an advantage
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Hospitality or related field are a plus
