About the Opportunity

We are a dynamic player in the technology solutions and IT consulting sector, delivering innovative digital strategies and insights that empower decision-making and operational excellence. Our firm, known for its commitment to data-driven insights, is seeking a dedicated MIS Executive to join our on-site team in India. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to streamline management information processes and support critical business decisions.

Role & Responsibilities

Compile, analyze, and present comprehensive MIS reports covering financial, operational, and performance metrics.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data reporting to support strategic decision-making by management teams.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and optimize reporting processes.
Facilitate process improvements by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements in MIS workflows.
Maintain thorough documentation of processes, data sources, and reporting standards.
Support budgeting and forecasting exercises by providing data-driven insights and trend analysis.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Must-Have: 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting or a similar role, with a proven track record of data analysis and report generation.
Must-Have: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data manipulation techniques.
Must-Have: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred: Experience with ERP systems or business intelligence tools to support enhanced data visualization.
Preferred: Familiarity with SQL or other database querying languages for data extraction and analysis.
