MIS Executive (Operations Team)

The MIS executives primary role is to be responsible for various aspects of the e-commerce process, which are data-heavy, like inventory reconciliation, order fulfillment, shipments & catalog modifications. They are responsible for running operations smoothly to ensure high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction. You should have an eye for detail to have a significant and measurable impact on our business. You will have the exciting opportunity to work with various types of data to derive business intelligence, including order-level profitability, pricing, and sales & service process optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the organization, including coordinating with different departments to ensure efficient workflow in areas like inventory, order fulfillment, shipment, catalog & invoicing.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports on sales, operations, and other relevant KPIs.
• Develop dashboards using advanced excel skills to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Design and maintain databases for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports to stakeholders through email or shared drives.
• Monitor and ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of data in all reports.

Required Candidate Profile

• Advance Excel Skills
• Graduate with excellent written & verbal skills
• Strong number crunching & quantitative skills
• Strong business acumen, logical and analytical skills
• Thrive and adapt quickly in a fast paced ever-evolving culture
• Digging deep into the industry, competitors and the latest trends
• Have strong communication skills – both written and oral
• Subscribe to a mentality of work hard, stay positive and implement feedback

Experience

3 – 4 years’ experience in a similar role

Education

• Graduate (10+2+2/3)
• Commerce Background (compulsory) (B.Com, BBA)
• Experience in audit/voucher checking (Preferred)
• Finance Process associates/KPO (Preferred)
• No BPO background

Salary

• 3-4 Lacs P.A.

Working Hours

• 2.00 pm to 12.00 pm Mon-Fri
