Role summary A ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA) Consultant leverages the platform's PA capabilities to help organizations gain insights into their business processes, make data-driven decisions, and improve operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement PA solutions, develop dashboards and reports, and provide ongoing technical expertise and support. Key responsibilities Requirements Gathering and Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand their needs, define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and identify critical business questions that can be answered using data from the ServiceNow platform. Design and develop effective ServiceNow PA applications, dashboards, and reports to visualize and track these KPIs and metrics. Implementation and Technical Expertise: Assist in the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow PA solutions, including data sources, indicators, breakdowns, and widgets. Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow administration and best practices to ensure optimal performance and functionality of the PA solution. Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and implement performance metrics and dashboards to track progress and communicate results to stakeholders at various levels, including senior management. Provide real-time visibility into data, including trend analysis, drill-down capabilities, and predictive forecasts to enhance decision-making. Desired skills (Good to have) Experience in ServiceNow administration, including UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Mid Server Configuration & Architecture, ACLs, Import Sets, Transform Maps and Update Sets. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integration methods.
