You will be joining our team as a skilled QA Engineer for the Connected Worker pilot project, which aims to enhance frontline worker productivity, collaboration, and decision-making through the development of a Microsoft Teams-based application. This application will integrate with platforms like SafetyChain, Qualtrics, ServiceNow, Saviynt, and ADP using Power Platform technologies. Your responsibilities will include reviewing business requirements, technical specifications, and user stories to create detailed test plans. You will design, implement, and execute test cases for Power Apps Canvas applications, Power Automate workflows, and Teams-integrated features. Additionally, you will validate custom connectors and third-party integrations, as well as AI-driven Copilot functionalities. As part of your role, you will perform functional, regression, UI, UAT, and system integration testing across different environments. You will log defects in Azure DevOps and collaborate with developers to address issues. Ensuring compliance with security and performance benchmarks will be crucial, along with working closely with PM, developers, and UX teams for quality delivery. To excel in this position, you should have experience in software QA with a focus on enterprise platforms or the Microsoft ecosystem. Knowledge of Power Platform apps, API testing tools, Microsoft Teams, and Viva Connections-based integrations is essential. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud Flows. You should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in developing solutions with Power Automate and should be able to build reusable components following best practices for scalable and maintainable automation. Your role will involve developing and maintaining enterprise-grade automations and frameworks. A strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is required, with a solid understanding of UI automation and background automation techniques. You will need to integrate automations with APIs, databases, and legacy systems, and implement logging and error-handling mechanisms for reliability and traceability. Experience in working with Work Queues and implementing multi-bot architecture for optimized process execution is essential. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) professional to design, implement, maintain, and support identity lifecycle management and access provisioning solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MIM, including integration with Active Directory, Azure AD, and various enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage MIM solutions for user provisioning, synchronization, and self-service workflows. Configure and support MIM Synchronization Service and MIM Portal. Integrate MIM with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, HR systems, and other authoritative sources. Develop and manage MIM workflows, policies, sets, and MPRs (Management Policy Rules). Troubleshoot MIM synchronization issues and ensure data integrity across connected systems. Automate identity lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver scenarios). Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to define and enforce identity governance policies. Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures. Support upgrades, patches, and system health monitoring for MIM environments. Required Skills & Qualifications: 37 years of experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (FIM/MIM). Deep understanding of identity lifecycle, role-based access control (RBAC), and user provisioning. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and Microsoft ecosystem. Hands-on experience with MIM components: Sync Engine, Portal, Service, and Certificate Management. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and workflow automation. Experience with connected systems and connectors (e.g., SQL, SAP, Oracle, Exchange, Azure AD). Familiarity with IAM and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, Zero Trust). Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience migrating from MIM to Azure AD provisioning or other modern identity platforms. Exposure to SailPoint, Okta, Ping, or other IAM tools. Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-300, AZ-104, MS-500) are a plus. Experience with hybrid identity environments and cloud security. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
