Meta ads expert

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Expert who can plan, manage, and optimize lead generation ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running ads for industries like Restaurants, Healthcare, Travel, and more.

• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads for multiple clients.
• Optimize campaigns for better ROI and lead quality.
• Create and manage audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, and ad creatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the content/design team for effective ad creatives.
• Stay updated with latest trends and ad policy changes.

• Minimum 1 year experience in Meta Ads or Google Ads (Lead Generation focused).
• Proven track record of managing ad budgets and generating quality leads.
• Good understanding of targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts and industries.
