MERN Stack Lead

Job Title: MERN Stack Lead Location: Hyderabad Experience: 7-10 Years Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js , along with AWS cloud services , and experience in designing and building Web UI and Backend APIs . As a technical leader, you will be responsible for the architecture, design, and delivery of robust and scalable web applications, guiding a team of developers to ensure best practices and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. Architect scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservices. Build responsive and dynamic Web UIs using React.js with modern design principles. Drive cloud-native development and deployment using AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.). Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, UX/UI, and QA to ensure seamless project delivery. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and implement best practices in development and DevOps. Handle project timelines, resource planning, and risk management as part of delivery leadership. Required Skills 7–10 years of experience in software development with strong hands-on in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Solid understanding of AWS Cloud Infrastructure and services. Proficient in designing and building RESTful APIs and working with backend integrations. Experience in developing modern, responsive UI using React.js and frontend libraries (Redux, Material UI, etc.). Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and web development best practices. Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Git workflows.
