Merchandiser Footwear / Apparels

We are looking for a Sales Merchandiser Footwear & Apparel to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time, office-based role for an ambitious and self-motivated individual who thrives on building new customer relationships and tapping into international markets. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and helping the brand grow globally. If youre energetic, fluent in English, and ready for a new challenge, this could be the right role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell footwear and apparel product ranges to international business customers.
• Generate new leads and identify opportunities in global export markets.
• Coordinate with the Product Development team to ensure timely order execution.
• Review and interpret tech sheets shared by buyers to ensure accurate production and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Represent the brand and products confidently and clearly in all communications.
• Manage client accounts by providing regular updates, support, and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and sales documentation.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and new market opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Skills & Requirements

• Candidate should have mandatory Bachelor's or Master's degree in Footwear/Apparel/Textile or related fields.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confident, enthusiastic, well-presented, and highly self-driven.
• Ability to influence and communicate with people across levels and cultures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong work ethics and a proactive mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
