Medical Representative (MR)

Job Title: Medical Representative – Derma Segment Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Job Overview: We are hiring Medical Representatives for our growing Derma Division, launched a year ago and expanding rapidly across India. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced pharma sales professionals to be part of a promising therapeutic segment with long-term growth potential. Key Responsibilities: Promote dermatology products to dermatologists and clinics in the assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and chemists Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct market analysis and regular field activities Organize CMEs and product awareness initiatives Submit timely reports to the reporting manager (ABM/RBM) Candidate Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (Derma experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must own a two-wheeler for fieldwork Graduate (Science or Pharma background preferred) Self-driven and result-oriented Compensation & Benefits: CTC: ₹3.5 – 4 LPA (Negotiable based on experience) Allowances, incentives, and other benefits as per company policy Why Join Us?
