Responsibilities : Switchgear Design : Lead the design and development of medium voltage switchgear products, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and customer requirements. Conduct engineering analysis, simulations, and calculations to optimize switchgear performance and reliability. Project Management : Manage switchgear design projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and testing, to coordinate project milestones. Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers involved in switchgear design. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in medium voltage switchgear solutions. Quality Assurance : Implement and enforce rigorous quality assurance processes for switchgear designs. Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical support as needed. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to address technical queries and concerns.
