As a CRM Campaign Manager with over 3 years of experience, you will be based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, and play a crucial role in managing CRM campaigns for various clients. As a Salesforce GTM (Sales, Marketing Cloud) Lead, you will be responsible for driving the delivery, optimization, and continuous enhancement of Salesforce Sales and Marketing solutions. This role requires a combination of technical and functional expertise along with a strong business-facing orientation. You will be supporting project execution, enhancements, releases, and technical debt management while collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure the development of scalable, efficient, and reliable Salesforce platforms in a global environment. Your key responsibilities will include leading the delivery of Salesforce Sales and Marketing solutions across various projects, enhancements, and releases. You will take ownership of end-to-end initiatives by defining scope, impact, timelines, and priorities. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and drive successful solution adoption will be crucial. Additionally, you will identify and address technical debt proactively to ensure ongoing platform health, scalability, and stability. Driving initiatives for system stability, process improvements, automation opportunities, and enhanced user experience will also be part of your role. Effective communication across global teams, including those in the US and India, is essential for smooth coordination and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. You will participate in technical discussions, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and contribute to high-quality Salesforce deliveries. Providing regular project and task status updates while serving as a key point of escalation for delivery and operational issues are also key responsibilities. Furthermore, you will contribute to DevOps and release management practices, encouraging a collaborative, solution-oriented approach within cross-functional teams to support broader business transformation goals. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and Marketing clouds in fast-paced, global organizations. You must possess proven experience in implementing and developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Java, along with a strong functional understanding of Lead-to-Cash business processes. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and building integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms is also required. Additionally, expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration strategies is essential. A proactive, solution-driven mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams are key attributes for this role. You should also have experience working across multiple geographies and time zones and be familiar with DevOps principles and hands-on involvement in CI/CD and release automation frameworks. A bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, or Administrator (preferred). Preferred skills include working knowledge of Community Cloud, Service Cloud, or CPQ, exposure to integration between Salesforce and boundary systems, and familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and automation platforms.
