Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:

    1. Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
    2. Collaborate with internal teams to design cohesive marketing strategies.
  2. Campaign Management:

    1. Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
    2. Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing efforts.
  3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

    1. Implement and monitor SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.
    2. Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
  4. Content Marketing:

    1. Create and manage engaging, high-quality content for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
    2. Coordinate with designers and copywriters for creative development.
  5. Social Media Management:

    1. Manage and grow social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and identity.
    2. Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand loyalty.
  6. Analytics and Reporting:

    1. Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to monitor and report on performance.
    2. Provide insights and recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
  7. Advertising:

    1. Oversee paid advertising campaigns, posters, including Google Ads and social media ads.
    2. Test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  8. Stakeholder Collaboration:

    1. Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with sales goals.
    2. Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 yrs of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, brand management and email marketing techniques.
  • Good understanding on designing posters and thumbnails.
  • Worked in USA / Europe regions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
