Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, and helping to drive brand awareness and growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement marketing initiatives across digital, print, and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Planning & Execution: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Data Analysis: Track and report on campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms and communications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure marketing objectives are aligned with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Any Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field (internships or entry-level positions are considered).
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools is a plus.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time office-based role (or remote if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
