Role Overview

We are seeking a

dynamic, hands-on Marketing Manager

to lead Zigtal s marketing strategy and execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, is passionate about technology, and can blend creativity with data-driven decision-making.
You will take ownership of branding, digital campaigns, partner marketing, product storytelling, and customer engagement working closely with leadership and sales teams to support growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Zigtal s marketing strategy

    across digital, content, and event channels to support business growth and brand visibility.
  • Lead and manage

    demand generation campaigns

    , including email, social media, webinars, and paid media to attract and convert leads.
  • Build and execute a

    content marketing strategy

    including case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and thought leadership aligned to the skill intelligence and workforce transformation domain.
  • Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to support

    ABM (Account-Based Marketing)

    efforts and create targeted collateral.
  • Own and optimize Zigtal s

    web presence

    , SEO/SEM strategies, and CRM/email automation (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Organize Zigtal s presence at

    industry events, webinars, and roundtables

    in collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI.
  • Manage relationships with external design, content, and PR partners as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in

    SaaS, HRTech, or B2B enterprise technology

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    digital marketing, content creation, demand generation

    , and brand building.
  • Experience working in start-ups or early-growth companies is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM tools, website CMS, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
