Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Zigtal s marketing strategy
across digital, content, and event channels to support business growth and brand visibility.
Lead and manage
demand generation campaigns
, including email, social media, webinars, and paid media to attract and convert leads.
Build and execute a
content marketing strategy
including case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and thought leadership aligned to the skill intelligence and workforce transformation domain.
Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to support
ABM (Account-Based Marketing)
efforts and create targeted collateral.
Own and optimize Zigtal s
web presence
, SEO/SEM strategies, and CRM/email automation (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Organize Zigtal s presence at
industry events, webinars, and roundtables
in collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI.
Manage relationships with external design, content, and PR partners as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in
SaaS, HRTech, or B2B enterprise technology
.
Strong understanding of
digital marketing, content creation, demand generation
, and brand building.
Experience working in start-ups or early-growth companies is highly desirable.
Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM tools, website CMS, and analytics platforms.
