Job Description

Job Summary:

The Marketing Head leads the branding, digital marketing, lead generation, and market expansion efforts for our genset and acoustic enclosure business. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, product positioning, and customer engagement initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Enhance brand visibility and positioning in the power backup and acoustic solutions market.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and competitive advantages.

2. Digital & Traditional Marketing

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website management).
  • Oversee content creation, product brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Plan and execute print, outdoor, and industry-specific advertising campaigns.

3. Lead Generation & Demand Creation

  • Drive lead generation initiatives through inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
  • Implement CRM and marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts translate into sales conversions.

4. Events, Exhibitions & Industry Networking

  • Plan and participate in trade shows, industry events, and B2B exhibitions.
  • Build relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Organize webinars, workshops, and customer engagement programs.

5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness and product offerings.
  • Monitor pricing trends, new product developments, and emerging technologies.

6. Team Leadership & Budget Management

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, content creators, and design professionals.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns with high ROI.
  • Evaluate and optimize marketing KPIs, analytics, and performance metrics.

Key Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, industrial sales, or dealer/distributor led sales industries.
  • Strong expertise in branding, digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in power backup, genset, or industrial equipment marketing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of channel marketing, dealer engagement, and industrial sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
