Marketing Assistant Social Media Marketing / Management

Role & responsibilities Plans, schedules and executes social media content (4-5 times a week) Just listed, just sold, reviews, local events, life events and celebrations, Edit social media & YouTube videos Create, edit, and schedule stories to be posted using footage client provides Edit Video for Social Media Managing the highlights from stories on Instagram / Facebook Create content for YouTube Manage and Individually post & story contents to different social media platforms Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn YouTube Pinterest Oversees daily management of social media campaigns. Ensures brand consistency and authority. Engages with consumers through messaging, commenting, and other social media engagement methodologies [introduce leads to Client for specific inquiries] Interprets and creates social media reports and analytics [once a month] or [after campaign period] Plans and strategize on social media paid ads: Facebook Ads Instagram Ads YouTube Grows and maintains likers, followers and fans. Tasks Creating and sending monthly newsletters Ensuring weekly Sunday email blasts are scheduled to be sent Assist in creating Flyers for different campaign Create Landing Pages Creating and sending the postcards for just listed / just sold with QR codes that redirects to landing pages Creating and updating Blogs on website including graphics for the website Insuring all links are integrated in the Landing Page and working Instagram link for reference: Will be advised to shortlisted candidates TOOLS: CapCut, Canva, Google Drive, Ylopo (ads) Zoom Phone Preferred candidate profile Ready to work US hours - 8 hours per day, 5 days a week Work on consultant basis Minimum of 3 years experience social media/digital marketing experience with US work experience American accent or neutral accent along with excellent English communication skills "Shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide portfolio........"
